PLP is an independent, national legal charity which aims to improve access to public law remedies for those whose access is restricted by poverty, discrimination or other similar barriers.
To fulfil its objectives PLP undertakes research, policy initiatives, casework and training across the range of public law remedies. For more information, please go to What is PLP?.

The Public Law Project: Civil Legal Aid Advice Line The Public Law Project runs a telephone advice line on civil legal aid. The advice line covers all legal aid issues arising under LASPOA, including exceptional funding, scope, means and the Telephone Gateway. The line is open from 10am - 11am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The telephone number is 0808 165 0170 and is free for callers. |
