Click here for full programme and booking form.  The conference provides a wider coverage of issues than previously, with sessions on Housing Law, Welfare Benefits, the Equalities Duties, costs and funding, freedom of information and the impact of international human rights law.  Phil Shiner will open the conference with a presentation on public interest litigation, Ian McDonald QC will be looking at the importance of the international legal framework to domestic litigation, and the LSC and legal Aid Practitioners group will contribute to a dabate.
