Information leaflets for practitioners
The advice sheets and briefings available from here are intended to assist busy practitioners in using public law remedies: judicial review, Ombudsmen schemes and formal complaints. Lawyers and advisers can also get help from PLP using the specialist support service funded by the Legal Services Commission.
The advice sheets and guides are available in pdf format only. You can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free from here.
